AUTHOR NARRATION:
“On any given Sunday,” what emanates from most pulpits in America, sad to say, has the spiritual depth of Scotch Tape! Regardless of how pious-sounding and eloquently delivered the religious rhetoric, it is nonetheless void of the divine-power required to edify and activate the hearers’ spirits. Why?
Because the oratory that comes forth is merely humanly-inspired rather than Spirit-inspired! These are pious speeches cobbled together in the factory of mere mortals’ carnal, religious mind, rather than being a lightning bolt of revelation emitted from the “mind of Christ” through a human lightning rod!
Messages from Heaven rain down upon us as flaming meteors, hurtling and ripping their way downward at that speed of light through the enmity-replete resistance of the second and first heavens, to deliver their payload of Holy Fire conflagrating like a WWII Flame Thrower upon its targeted phalanx of hearers.
For flaming messages from Heaven are not intended to tickle the ear, entertain the soul, or flatter already bloated human egos with platitudes and pleasantries contrived to appease and appeal to the obese vanity of religious robots.
No! Flaming messages from Heaven are sent to BURN YOU UP! To set ablaze every “whosoever will” hearer and instantaneously consume with FIRE OF THE SPIRIT every vestige of fleshly carnality in their own lives that they’ve continued to feed, preserve, pet, pat, and patronize!
The FIRE falling from Heaven as bolts of lightning come to ignite YOU and make YOU the burning bush that made Moses marvel as he looked upon it because it continuously burned yet it was not consumed!
The FIRE falls from Heaven to ignite YOU and make YOU a FIERY KILN FILLED WITH THE WHITE-HOT BURNING COALS OF THE SPIRIT to purify the silver and gold that has been deposited in you by burning off the dross of carnality and self-absorption that remains!
O GOD! SEND US FIRE FROM HEAVEN! IGNITE THE FIREBRANDS — APOSTLES AND PROPHETS PURIFIED IN PERSONAL FIERY FURNACES OF AFFLICTION AND PERSECUTION — who care not about the acceptance and applause of men, but who no longer have a choice but to deliver pure, unadulterated FIERY WORDS from the Heavenly Headquarters of the Supreme Allied Commander!
Moreover, O God, burn within those who “have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches” and sufficient authentic spiritual substance – that is, OIL of the Spirit – to be a genuine LAMPSTAND of the Spirit, and move upon them to obey the command of the Commander to receive these FIREBRANDS sent from Heaven to light the tails of Samuel’s foxes and send them scampering through the spiritually parched fields all around to set them ablaze with the fiery Gospel of the Kingdom thereby genuinely SAVING the multitudes before your imminent and glorious return!
